Louis Poulsen – PH Snowball
Il lampadario PH Snowball è considerato una versione più piccola del PH Louvre, realizzato per la Chiesa Avventista di Skodsborg, Danimarca. A differenza del PH Louvre, il numero di paralumi e il diametro sono stati ridotti in quanto il PH Snowball è inteso per luoghi con un soffitto più basso. Questo lampadario è stato originariamente lanciato insieme ai lampadari PH 5 e PH Artichoke, non ricevendo però la stessa attenzione riservata agli altri due. Nel 1983 PH Snowball è stato ridisegnato e lanciato di nuovo e questa volta ha riscosso successo. Oggi la superficie dei paralumi è in colore bianco lucido, mentre la parte interna è in bianco opaco. In questo modo il bianco lucido dà un effetto brillante e il bianco opaco impedisce che la fonte di luce venga riflessa.

The PH Snowball chandelier is considered a smaller version of the PH Louvre, made for the Adventist Church in Skodsborg, Denmark. Unlike the PH Louvre, the number of lampshades and the diameter have been reduced because the PH Snowball is intended for places with a lower ceiling. This chandelier was originally launched together with the PH 5 and PH Artichoke chandeliers, but did not receive the same attention as the other two. In 1983 PH Snowball was redesigned and launched again and this time it was successful. Today the surface of the lampshades is in glossy white, while the inner part is in matt white. In this way the glossy white gives a brilliant effect and the matt white prevents the light source from being reflected.
